Q: "ARE THE ITEMS AUTHENTIC?”
Yes, all available items we sell are authentic. We don't handle any unofficial, fanmade goods without licenses
Q: “HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?”
sually it takes 3-5weeks, however, it can take up to more than 6 weeks
Q: "CAN I RECEIVE A VOLUME DISCOUNT?"
We do not provide a discount for bulk purchases, but you can look out for sale, use a discount code or buy bundle items
Q: “WHEN DOES SOLD OUT ITEMS RESTOCK?"
We cannot guarantee when our products will be restocked. We advise you to add sold out items to your wishlist to receive a notification once they are available again
Q: "CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?"
If your order is already paid and you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately and include your order number and shipping address for faster processing. Unfortunately we cannot edit your address or modify your order once your order has been packed, so please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information during the checkout. It is very important that you provide us with the correct shipping information. We will not be held liable for any failed delivery due to wrong delivery information provided by the customer during the checkout.
Q: "I DIDN'T PROVIDED ANY TRACKING NUMBER"
Basically Standard shipping serivced by international mail do not provide tracking number Please use 'registered mail' for providing tracking number
Q: "HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?"
